Semi private design

A semi private fence uses spaced pickets to give some visibility through the line while still defining the boundary. It looks lighter than solid privacy, lets more air through, and works well in yards where total enclosure feels too heavy. When semi private makes sense

Semi private fits when neighbors are not directly facing you, or when you want to define a front yard boundary without blocking sightlines. For full enclosure, look at lattice top for a layered alternative or shadow box for a good neighbor design.

Posts and the standard

Every post goes 3 feet deep in concrete, regardless of whether the fence is solid privacy, semi private, or chain link. The standard is consistent across every install we do.

What we handle

We pull the building permit, file the Notice of Commencement, and call for utility marking. If a marked utility is damaged during install, the utility company repairs it at no cost.
