The lattice top idea

A lattice top fence pairs a solid privacy panel below with a decorative lattice grid above. You get the privacy where it matters (eye level, deck level, pool level), with airflow and light coming through the lattice band above. Materials and heights

We typically build at 6 feet total, with a 5 foot solid panel and a 1 foot lattice band. Pressure treated wood gives the traditional look. PVC vinyl gives the lifetime w→anty and no maintenance. Every post goes 3 feet deep in concrete. Same standard we apply on every install we hang in Central Florida. The depth c→ies the wind load that lattice tops put on a fence.

What we handle

We pull the building permit, file the Notice of Commencement, and call for utility marking. If a marked utility is damaged during install, the utility company repairs it at no cost.
