01 Wood Fence
Pressure treated lumber set in concrete. Fast to install, cost effective, and the right call when you need a quick fix before selling the house.
When you need a fence up quickly to secure the yard or get the house ready to list, Wulff Fence usually recommends wood. It is fast to install, cost effective, and withstands gusts up to 100 mph when the posts go in correctly. We use pressure treated pine that resists rot and termites common in Florida's humid climate. The material carries a manufacturer warranty against insect infestation, which is the warranty that matters most in this state.
We do not use prebuilt panels. Every wood fence is constructed on site, with posts set 3 feet deep in concrete and rails and pickets attached one by one. That approach lets us follow the actual slope of your yard, which means no gaps at the bottom and no racking on uneven ground. Same standard whether the job is in Casselberry or Maitland.
For privacy, we install solid panel runs at 6 feet tall. For decorative front yards, we do white picket fence styles. For traditional security, we install stockade, which gives a flat, solid line. Each style serves a different yard and a different homeowner. If you want a low maintenance alternative that does not need staining, ask about PVC vinyl.
We pull the building permit, file the Notice of Commencement, and call for utility marking before we dig. If a marked utility is damaged, the utility company repairs it at no cost. From a quick listing prep install to a full perimeter rebuild, we handle the fence installation end to end. We also handle fence repair for rot and storm damage, build custom dog runs, and weld ornamental wrought iron. Read more about Wulff Fence.
