What a privacy fence does for an Orlando yard

A privacy fence blocks sightlines from neighbors, secures the pool deck, and gives the backyard back to the people who actually live there. Wulff Fence builds privacy fences in two main materials: pressure treated wood at 6 feet tall, and PVC vinyl in 6 foot solid panel runs. Both materials get the same on site, post by post construction.

Wood vs. vinyl for privacy

Wood is fast, cost effective, and withstands gusts up to 100 mph. It does need stain or seal every few years to fight Florida humidity. PVC vinyl, by contrast, is rated for 90 mph winds, c→ies a lifetime manufacturer w→anty, and needs no maintenance at all. We walk through both on site. If you want the privacy look with decorative top accents, ask about lattice top or shadow box.

Posts and storm performance

Every post on a privacy install goes 3 feet deep in concrete, whether wood or vinyl. That depth is what gives the fence its wind resistance. We work across Winter Park and Apopka, and the standard does not flex by zip code.

What we handle

We pull the building permit, file the Notice of Commencement, and call for utility marking before we dig. If a marked utility is damaged, the utility company repairs it at no cost.
