The Essex design

The Essex is another of our decorative traditional wood fence styles, often used with scalloped tops or decorative cap detail. Wulff Fence builds it on site in pressure treated lumber across Orlando proper and Winter Park.

When the Essex fits

Posts and storm performance

Every post on an Essex install goes 3 feet deep in concrete. Pressure treated lumber withstands gusts up to 100 mph at that depth.

What we handle

We pull the permit, file the Notice of Commencement, and call for utility marking. If a marked utility is damaged, the utility company repairs it at no cost.
